This is the only real limitation of the property. A spot on the private condominium beach is included in the accommodation.
The position of the umbrella is assigned daily on a rotation basis according to the condominium organization. Bed linens and towels are not included and must be brought by the guest. However, they can be requested for an additional fee of €30.00 per person. Small pets are allowed, provided they are clean, well-behaved, and respect the accommodation and condominium rules. Parties or events are not permitted inside the property. Guests are not permitted to accommodate more than the number of people indicated and registered at check-in.
The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
For arrivals after 6:00 PM, a late check-in fee applies as follows:
€30.00 for arrivals between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM;
€50.00 for arrivals between 7:30 PM and 10:00 PM;
